Description( 2.5 hour session): During this interactive training session, attendees are taught concepts and tactics to use during a potentially dangerous or threatening situation to prevent a person from causing harm to themselves or others. For employees dealing with difficult persons, using verbal de-escalation tactics helps prevent workplace violence by fostering mutual understanding and setting boundaries.
